Sherman Lin

Co-founder of the design collective NEWSDAYS, Sherman Lin is a renowned designer and contemporary artist. After the Cultural Revolution, he was admitted to the Central Academy of Arts and Design, where he studied under prominent figures such as Zhang Ding, Wu Guanzhong, Zhu Danian, Bai Xueshi, Chen Shuliang, and Zheng Ke. Widely regarded as a founding figure of interior design in Guangzhou, he is also recognized as a pioneer of interior design in China and a prominent figure in abstract painting.
